Call of Duty Mobile Season 8 was undoubtedly one of the best Seasons in the Game’s history. When it was released, all the players were very excited, and some of them even went ahead to call it as the ‘update of the year,’ but they took their words back as soon as the leaks and sneak-peaks of the upcoming Season 9 started popping up in the community.
Call of Duty Mobile Season 9 Release Date is now out, and we are going to share the exact date and time of its launch with you.
A few months back, Activision (Publisher of COD Mobile) announced that Call of Duty Mobile would follow a monthly seasonal update timeline. In simple words, every new upcoming Season in the game will release on 1st day of the new month and will run until the end of the month. And if you remember, this is how season 6 and 7 worked.
But things changed before the release of Season 8; right before the launch, there was a massive movement in USA (#BlackLivesMatter), and to support this movement, Activision delayed the release date of COD Mobile Season 8, which then finally released on 9 July 2020.
As a result, the delay has impacted the release of all future seasons in COD Mobile but not hugely. The developers have planned to release all the upcoming new season 1-2 days early so that they can go back to the original plan of release new season on 1st day of a new month.
When Will Season 9 of Call of Duty Mobile Release?
Season 9 of Call of Duty Mobile is scheduled to release on 8 August 2020 (UTC). However, as of now, Activision has not officially confirmed the same.
But since all the in-game events of Call of Duty Mobile are ending on 8 August, be it the Monthly Login Calendar or Season Events. So it’s evident that the new season will arrive at the date and time mentioned above.
Will Ranks Get Reset in COD Mobile Season 9?
